Marcus McInerney
is an experienced senior manager whose roles have ranged from Manufacturing
Management, Project Management, Product Development, R&D., Sales and
Marketing to Divisional General Manager and Managing Director. His experience has included responsibility
for all areas of Strategic and Operational Management, with an emphasis on
Organisational Re-Structuring and the development of new markets.
Career
background has been in Manufacturing & Marketing based on primary degree in
Mechanical Engineering and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Experience
covers both automotive and telecommunications manufacturing sectors and M&A
work in related sectors amongst others.
He has
experience both of plant start-ups and business rationalisation with direct
responsibility for analysing strategic options and implementing change. An
experienced Project Manager he has much experience of turn-key
telecommunications projects both in Ireland and abroad.
